Currently a UX Designer for Wolters Kluwer in Long Island City, NY
My process combines a love of games, technology, with user-centered design thinking. At GE Healthcare was responsible for the digital UI design of our product line. From the conception, information architecture to wireframing and prototyping interactions and visuals. I work with an international team of researchers, designers, developers, and product owners to meet and exceed the challenging requirements in the healthcare space. At my current role, I have created products for medical professionals and exploring new opportunities in virtual reality and mobile. Outside of design production, I've run two design thinking workshops with GE Healthcare's Global Design Menlo team to bring design and creative problem solving to GE's leadership in other fields.
I've received my BFA in New Media Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) with an interest in UX design and cross-media design. Expanding on these interests at Parsons MFA Design & Technology program. Specializing in UX research, design thinking, and interaction design.
By making projects with a focus on user research, design narrative, prototyping, and iteration. My goals in the design industry are to bring design thinking into fertile new grounds and creating experiences that both bring valuable utility and the feeling of fun.
